What are your goals?
We recommend committing to at least 2 classes per week. Many of our clients love the strength, tone and flexibility they quickly achieve and attend 3-5 times per week.
Below you will find our drop-in barre-none, pilates mat, and yoga.
In addition to these drop-in style classes, we have over 60 Pilates Semi-Private classes a week. They are not listed online as we take great care matching our clients into groups that are at similar levels. If you are interested in a Pilates reformer class please contact the studio (firstname.lastname@example.org or 905-407-9976 ) and we will schedule you into a group that is at your level.
Whether you are brand new to Pilates or have loads of experience, we will find you a group tailored to your goals!
